Training
A Qualiopi-certified training provider. Short, hands-on programmes, built with you, to equip your managers and your teams.
Our training areas
Four families of programmes, from a one-day module to a multi-session cycle, inter- or intra-company.

Management & leadership
Lead a team, run appraisals, manage a project, become an internal trainer.

Communication & relationships
Public speaking, effective meetings, active listening and conflict management.

Personal development
Self-confidence, stress management, organisation and focus.

QWL, prevention & inclusion
Prevention of psychosocial risks and harassment, DUERP compliance, inclusion and disability.

No off-the-shelf content.
Teaching built from your own situations, with skills that are measured.

Scoping the need
A conversation with you, and where useful with the future participants, so we start from real situations rather than from a catalogue.
Designing the programme
Objectives, content and case studies adjusted to your context, written up in a detailed programme that you sign off.
Small-group delivery
Active sessions: role plays, workshops and peer discussion, led by a trainer who is an expert in the subject.
Assessment and follow-up
Skills assessed at the end of the programme, a certificate of completion, then a satisfaction survey immediately after and again later.
Choose the format that suits you
The right format depends on the subject, the size of the group and how your teams work. Here is how we tell them apart.
In person
At your premises or in a room we book. The most effective format for relational subjects and role plays.
Remote
In a virtual classroom, split into half-days, for teams spread across several sites and without travel time.
Inter-company
Your employees join an open session and compare practices with people from other organisations.
In-company or tailor-made
A session reserved for your teams, with a programme rewritten for your sector, your vocabulary and your challenges.
Mü être, a Qualiopi-certified provider
The Qualiopi certification, issued by ICPF, attests to the quality of our training processes: public information, needs analysis, trainer expertise and how feedback is acted upon. It is audited regularly.

Practical information
Our training is designed for executives, managers, HR teams and employees at large. Most programmes require no prerequisites; where there are any, they are stated on the programme sheet for that course.
Allow around fifteen working days between your request and the start of the training. For in-company sessions the date is set with you; if OPCO funding is involved, allow time for the application to be processed.
Each course shows its duration and price in our online catalogue. For an in-company session or a tailor-made programme, the quote is issued after a first conversation about your needs.
Our training can be covered by your OPCO under your skills development plan. We support you in putting the application together and provide the required documents.
Skills are assessed throughout the training through role plays and quizzes, then again at the end. Every participant receives a certificate of completion, and a satisfaction survey is sent immediately after and again later.
Yes. Our disability officer works with you on the adjustments needed — materials, pace, room, assessment arrangements — before the training starts, and can point you to the appropriate support schemes. Get in touch beforehand so we can discuss it.
